THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! International shipping to all orders is $3.80.
**UPDATE Nov 1st: Unfortunately, due to the Russia-Ukraine crisis in Europe and the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, I'm unable to send international mail to some countries, for example Russia, Chile and Brazil.
From previously listed countries, shipping has opened up again to Finland, Argentina, Belgium, Germany, Greece, France, Italy, Israel, the UK, and Ukraine. However, please keep in mind that there might still be delays in the shipping times.
I'm so sorry for all my customers who are affected by this! I will keep an eye on the situation and update the list when something changes.
*Covid-19 Information: Please prepare for 1-3 week delays on all international orders. On some occasions, the delays might be even longer since the Air Mail is still slower than before.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer tracked shipping. I send the items as letters to keep the shipping costs as low as possible and there is no option for tracked international letter mail. If it seems like your item is lost in the mail, please contact me and we can surely figure out a solution together.
How long does it take to prepare the order?
I'm always doing my best to take the orders to the post office within 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri) from your order. You will get an email notification when I have shipped the items.
Please note that I ship the items from Japan, which means that the post offices are closed on Japanese National Holidays.
How long does it take for me to receive the order?
I ship the orders within 1-4 business days (Mon-Fri) from Japan.
Then, depending on your location, the average shipping times on normal occasion* are:
- Europe 4-8 business days
- US 6-10 business days
- Everywhere else 6-11 business days
*Due to Covid-19, please prepare for 1-3 week delays. On some occasions, the delays might be even longer since the Air Mail is still slower than before. On average, the shipping times to most locations in the world are currently around 2 weeks.
Can I return or exchange an item?
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders that have already shipped.
However, if you received damaged products or are not happy about the order for some reason, please don't hesitate to contact me and we can surely figure out a solution together.
If you ordered a wrong product/option or gave a wrong address and didn't get a shipping notification yet, please send me an email or DM me on Instagram, and I'm happy to fix the order for you.
What if I didn't receive the download link / can't download the digital files?
Please keep in mind that the download links expire after 30 days from the order and won't work after that. But no worries if you didn't have time to download the files on time, please just contact me and I'm happy to resend the links!
In some cases, the shop email with the download link might not work properly with your email provider, so if that seems to be the case, I will gladly set up a Google Drive folder for you where you can download the files instead. :) Please just contact me via email at contact@papermonogatari.com or send me a direct message on Instagram.
Do you make custom orders?
Custom orders are not my main focus at the moment, but I'm open to hearing your offer! Please send me an email or DM me on Instagram.
Where can I use the Digital Items?
You are free to use any digital items on your personal and non-profitable projects.
You are not allowed to use the designs as part of marketing, productions, own design projects (for example logo/website), or sell/distribute or showcase the design or part of it as your own.
Can I buy a license for your artwork?
I'm open to selling a license to some of my artwork.
The license covers the usage of the item for branding purposes, website layout, packaging, etc.
The license doesn't cover the usage for end production or for any items that are sold by your company. Any items cannot be trademarked (even if used in a logo) and they are not exclusive, meaning that other parties are able to buy the same license.
